Beer Swap 5/21: Departed Soles, Jersey City

The night before the Hoboken meet-up, the swap runs at Departed Soles in Jersey City, 7:00 to 9:30. Format is the same as Austin and Wrigleyville: bring a six-pack from your hometown, trade it with a stranger, eat Tony Boloney's pizza. Theme is Teddy League Baseball. Forty tickets at $50, allocated in the order RSVPs with payment come in, and the sign-up form is still a few days out.

The part that matters for a collection is buried in the inclusions list: an exclusive trunk sale and a surprise gift, plus raffle prizes. No word on what's in either. Separately, there's a co-branded beer with the brewery, singles and four-packs that night and again at Pier 13 during the meet-up. Style and label weren't finalised yet; RSVLTS were collecting interest through a form.
